Our Firm is committed to providing potential clients with an honest assessment of their cases while at the same time balancing the interests of the Firm as a for-profit business. Therefore, we will guarantee a free 30-minute honest case assessment. After the first 30 minutes, the potential client agrees to pay $50.00 for each 15 minute increment thereafter. In order to make the best use of the 30-minute case assessment time, the potential client agrees to provide the attorney with a brief summary of the complaint, and any documents, evidence, photographs, correspondence, or any other relevant materials 24-hours in advance of the case assessment. The Client will not be charged for the attorney review of the materials. This will allow the most efficient use of the 30-minute assessment time.
